• 30 days or more notice: If you’d like to reschedule your event with 30 or more days notice, all payments will be transferred to your new date and no monies will be lost. If we are unavailable for the new requested date, your 25% deposit will be kept by Impasto and any additional payments will be returned to you.

• Less than 30 days notice: Impasto will retain 50% of the total due and return any additional payments.

• 72 hours or less notice: Impasto will retain/ is owed the full amount of the total.

• Instructions and details on how to book the Impasto truck are outlined further above on page 3.

• Yes, Impasto can accommodate dietary concerns with prior planning. It is recommended to discuss any allergies or requests with the event manager in advance.

• Impasto accepts cash, all credit cards, and checks. Invoices are sent via Square, and online payment with a credit card is available. There is a $40 fee for any bounced checks.

Yes, Impasto is fully licensed with both the state and county and undergoes regular inspections. Additionally, the company is fully insured. If there are any additional insurance requirements, it is recommended to discuss them with the event manager.

Impasto caters to a wide range of events, including weddings, graduation parties, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, concerts, music festivals, and meetings. Essentially, if the location is accessible by the food truck, Impasto can cater the event.

Yes, Impasto does require a minimum order. The food and beverage minimum is 1,200 during. This inlucdes 2 hours of service (excluding set up and breakdown). Additioanl hours are $175 each. This pricing excludes any additional fees. For events longer than two hours and/or do not start our typical serving times, the food & beverage minimum may increase and vary. Event price is subject to change based on end times, additional hours, additional guests & location. Standard service times are 11am-2pm and 4pm-8pm. PLEASE NOTE: Weekend in June & July have a $1,500 food and beverage minimun. document.

If your event is within 30 miles of our kitchen, there is no travel fee. For events 30 miles or further, a travel fee may be added to your quote to facilitate service provision to your area.

It is recommended to book the truck as soon as possible to secure the date. You can fill out the event questionnaire to check availability and discuss your event with the Impasto team.
